My Name is Michelle Oates, I’m here to help you get your life back on track in anyway I can. I offer counselling for Rochford, Southend and the Essex area.
I work both face to face and online, I also provide walk and talk therapy. The type of therapy or counselling you choose should be that with which you feel most comfortable.
Counselling For Rochford, Southend And Essex
Taking that first step towards counselling can be daunting I know. Reaching out to find the right counsellor for you is a huge first step and one I hope I can make easier by offering you an initial free 15 minute consultation to see if I am the right person for you. If you’re happy, my sessions are £50 for 50 minutes there after.
Therapy To Suit Your Needs
I offer traditional forms of counselling for all kinds of issues you might be having in your life. My room is a comfortable, safe and private space for you to come to and spend your session working with me to help get your life back on track, or to help find out why certain things make you feel the way you do.
If the thought of coming to a room is a bit intimidating, I also offer Walk and Talk therapy. This is a less formal type of counselling which some people prefer. The distraction and pleasures of being out in nature and the natural environment, can help to lessen anxiety and walls that prevent you from being able to open up.

My Walk and Talk therapy sessions are perfect for clients who feel more comfortable moving and talking in an open environment.
